I used plumber's Teflon tape and lots of lithium grease. I thought those slippery bushings were going to be a real bit*h to get on but it turned out it went pretty easy using one flat screwdriver and all the strength I could muster. No squeaks (with one driving school in that time frame) yet but I think I need to tighten the links in the back as I hear a little bit of noise at low speeds on uneven pavement while turning usually. Best regards, Rich

As amazing as it may seem, that was a rolling start, not a launch, and we got to 100 mph and stopped again with in 1/4 mile. The regular M3 can't break 100 in a 1/4 with a good launch. Much less start from a rolling turn and get here and back within the quarter. I was surprised myself. The cover alone goes for about 100$ You might consider a protection film (3M, armourfend, stoneguard etc.) to keep those stones away from your headlights. I did this and the film is nearly unvisible to the untrained eye. That film is thick enough and should do the job. mill

And I'm getting my new UUC exhaust put on tomorrow, Sean, so it'll make cool vroom-vroom sounds, too. Who cares about understeer/oversteer when you sound cool, anyway!
