I spent the morning treating the leather and using "clay magic" on the hood. The paint looks great, but feels like sand paper. The clay smoothes it right out and then a nice coat of carnauba and, viola! C'est magnifique'. Now I need to keep on going one panel at a time. I really need to find a job, this sitting around sending out resumes stuff bites. tafn, Mel Date: Wed, 09 May 2001 09:34:35 -0700 From: "Wen Liew" <wwliew@hotmail.com> Subject: Re: [E36M3] Unique M3? #10. Which Tires - from Brent95M3@aol.com
Top
Date: Wed, 09 May 2001 13:24:56 EDT From: Brent95M3@aol.com Subject: Which Tires Probably a can of worms I'm opening up here, just want some reviews on tread wear, performance (wet and dry), and any other opinions. The tire choices are as follows: Bridgestone PP S-02 ($173 each) Yokohoma AVS Sport ($162 each) Yokohoma AVS Intermediate ($101 each) Bridgestone Potenza RE730 ($148 each) Is it worth it to spend a little more and get the PP S-02's? I had the AVS intermediates on the car and they are an ok tire especially for the price, but I don't have too much to compare it to. I had Pirelli P zeros and while they stuck well, they had almost no life on them. Just want some opinions. Thanks, Brent Parks Wounded "1 BAD M3"
