(long) Nah....I tell you what you can do :-) Just run Hoosier R's for both Auto X & the track...That way when I finally bump into you at a Regional Event I'll have a good shot of cleaning your clock on my A compounds ...BFG!!! Now if I lose I'll never hear the end of it! Cheers! Steve Now I'm hooked on Hoosiers, which at the prices and wear rates, is like a bad drug addiction. Looks like I'll have to explain to my wife why I need a multi-thousand $$ tire budget next year :) I have a new set of Hoosier R's that I'm going to run at Mid-Ohio next weekend at the Buckeye BMW school, and I'm also taking the Yoko's there, so I'll be able to compare them at another venue. Just a small comparison report in case anyone is interested. The sender believes that this E-mail and any attachments were free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse, and/or malicious code when sent. #4. Does Anyone Remember Reading ... ? - from Andrew E. Kalman

Date: Fri, 19 Oct 2001 13:20:15 -0700 From: "Andrew E. Kalman" <aek@pumpkininc.com> Subject: Does Anyone Remember Reading ... ? Hi All. Not so long ago I read in one of the car mags a review of a whole bunch of tire pressure gauges (dial type, and digital, as well (I think)). They concluded that one of the cheaper inflator + gauge combos was a very good deal. I can't seem to find it here -- can anyone ID the magazine and issue? FWIW, the mags I read are BMW CCA Roundel, The Star, Excellence, European Car, AutoWeek and the occasional GRM. Thanks. I need a new inflator + gauge for my air tank & compressor. -- ______________________________________ Andrew E. Kalman, Ph.D. aek@pumpkininc.com

#6. [E36M3] will 1996 CD Changer work in new M3? - from Anthony Pun

Hey Everyone, Just received my new 2002 M3, and was wondering if my old Changer from a 1996 M3 would work. I don't have the cd changer with me, or I'd just try it. The dealer told me it won't work, but most of the things I've read is that the 1996 and newer BMW's all use the same one. Anyway, thanks for any advice. Tony
