It uncannily looks very similar to the GC one (you can see it in the latest issue of the Roundel). Maybe Jay from GC can confirm this. I would choose to go with the GC (the original design). I have the GC spherical bearings and the bearing itself does not add more road noise. I only notice the bot dots are a little sharper though. Mine don't squeak. 2. As above. 3. I assume the washers you are talking about are the GC plates. I would also recommend these because they will take out the side to side flex which causes the toe changes. I had Scott King (e36m3 board member) take a ride in my car, so maybe he could comment if he thought my car was louder. I was going to replace them with the 96+ stock bushings, but when they were ordered, they only came with the inner bearing, no outer sleeve. I needed my car, so on went the 95 ones. Bad idea.
