#3. Electrical gremlins - from Paul Elliott

Someone elsewhere has suggested that the problem may really not exist in the Tailligts, despite the taillight OBC warning, but rather, at the other end of the car...He had experienced, when replacing front corners with clears, that the bulbs sent, while amber, were single filament jobs...The stock bulbs, youll note, are dual filament jobs. That caused him the same weird blinker difficulty, with both green lights being on, when the headlights are on, and no blinking occurring until the headllights are off...I'll test a couple of clear dual filament bulbs up front tomorrow, and see if it makes a difference. I still dont know what that has to do with the TAILLIGHT FAILURE warning, but its possible that I really have 2 separate gremlins at work! Oh, it's fast alright! ;) Good times, indeed! Now I'm trying to talk myself into NOT taking the Driving Concepts racing school which is being held there on June 8-9, but if I do it, that would be a great excuse to just not bother changing back to street tires and pads since I'm signed up for Buttonwillow the following weekend. Hmmm. (and then maybe I could con my way into codriving in some enduros with fellow listers before the end of the year) Jonathan "Holy crap this slope is slippery!"
