It is sold >only to auto shops and is not available retail to consumers I just did a net search, and you can buy it all over the internet..Only problem is at $19.95 per application, this stuff is twice the price of Techron even....I'll order some, but someone tell me, is it really twice as effecive as the techron, and, whats the recommended useage schedule? Ive been pouring in a bottle of techron every 5K miles. Thanks. I will also include the front upper spring perches so these springs can be used on the 96-99 m3's (the top diameter of the front spring is different from 95 to 96+). Price is $175. Spring are in Maryland, but I will ship at buyer's expense (ups ground is around $10-20). Please email me at: jww95@earthlink.net thanks jeremy-

#6. Momo seat bracket too high!!! - from bmwm3nut@att.net

Date: Mon, 27 May 2002 23:02:30 +0000 From: bmwm3nut@att.net Subject: Momo seat bracket too high!!! I went to install my MOMO seat braket monday and found out it put the seats too high. My momo bracket is the slider type so its a 2 piece unit. The slider whcih bolts to the bottom of the seat and then the fixed piece that bolts to the floor. There are 3 height adjsutments on the front and back of my seat. I am already at the lowest setting on both. I am installing MOMO street racers whcih is their reclinable seat. I am only 5"9 ad I am al\ready above the window belt line. Is there any alternative seat brackets? I heard of TC klines BUT why is their bracket lower? This is for a street car so I need the slider and the recline in the seat. thanks -- Tim Ng 95 YELA/BUZZN/M3 92 325ic M-Tech "ULTIMATE TANNING MACHINE" 91///M3 "SUNNY DAY CAR" 88///M3 "TRACK CAR" AWESOME 2.5 ENGINE

#8. Brake caliper to front steering arm bolt - from Jim Musial
Top
Date: Mon, 27 May 2002 21:25:56 -0400 From: "Jim Musial" <jim_musial@usa.net> Subject: Brake caliper to front steering arm bolt Anyone know a shadetree way to get these bolts off? It's the two standard bolts that connect the caliper to the front steering arm (110Nm torque) and not the two allenhead bolts that the actual calipers float on. I'm trying to get a pair of two-piece rotors on in time for Sebring but cannot for the life of me get those bolts off. I've finished the rears and only have the fronts left. Believe it or not, the rotor was easier to dislodge. Any suggestions other than get an impact wrench or take it to the dealer? TIA! /jm-1997/E36M3c

I'm assuming you live somewhere where rust is probably an issue, so, first soak the bolts with liquid wrench, wd-40, etc. Get a long-handled socket wrench with a short socket attached. Put the wrench on the bolt so that the handle is pointed downward. Lay on your back and put your foot against the wrench. Use the force of your leg to break the bolt free. DO NOT KICK THE WRENCH. A gentle (but forceful) push should do the trick. One it breaks free, remove the bolts. Make sure to use lock-tite when you put them back on. -peterg

#10. coolant = squeaky belts? - from Jeremy Lucas

Date: Mon, 27 May 2002 22:00:56 -0400 From: "Jeremy Lucas" <jlucas@columbus.rr.com> Subject: coolant = squeaky belts? I swapped out my water pump and thermostat this weekend and a little coolant got on the accessory belts. I made sure to liberally hose them off right after the new pump was installed but they are now squeaking a little. Before the coolant contact they were silent. Any ideas to get rid of the squeak? It's not squealing but it's enough that I notice it at stoplights and such. Jeremy Lucas 95 M3, now crank driven fan-less
