We found a supplier right here in Dallas. Price was $150. Since it was in state, our total came to $163 including tax. I can get the name of the company. It is a project on the list, but more important ones pop up and it is subject to being bumped (E46, RSX, etc). They are much like us with new products - it is planned, it will be done, not sure when. Why not go coilover? We have been using 375F/600R springs and the ride is streetable, Bilstein sports aren't maxed out, great on the track! FWIW, I had a chance to view their inventory system and their internal cost for these radiators was $82. But I was running SCCA autocross this year and wanted to stay in stock class. As it turned out, I have run very few autocrosses and many, many track days! Now before I can go with coilovers, I'll need to get rid of my practically new Koni SA front struts (in stock M3 housings) and rear Koni SA shocks.
