You shouldn't really use an impact gun on the strut - You overtighten the nut - The rod will spin (unless you want to hold it with your bare hand or something) and the spinning supposedly heats up the seals. How true this is, I dunno. I would recommend getting the appropriate sized socket and grinding two flat spots on it and then using an open ended wrench to turn the socket. Then you can insert a socket in the socket and hold the top of the koni strut. My $.02 Chester =====

Together with a friend, this makes tightening/loosening the strut nut a piece of cake. However, I wouldn't use an air gun on it's highest setting. You might strip the strut hat nut and have to MIG weld it on if the dealer doesn't have a special pitch replacement nut or something...ask me how I know... Juan, Are you sure someone did not help it? Bumpers don't generally move around without some serious assistance... > Is there an easy way to adjust the bumper back to its original position? What Chester said. Take the cover off (two bolts hold it to the bumpers shocks from underneath). Than slide the cover off horizontally. One of the bumper shocks or the plastic clips holding the sides parallel to the ground may be bent/broken/show signs of impact. alex f

But I think if I was in the market for a race car in that range right now, this would be very tantalizing. And it is truly beautiful. But I should probably learn to drive my bloated, stock m3 before I think about a machine like this. I should probably pay it off first too.
