But the UUC doesn't have any issues with that. Go ahead and order it. I have a '99 M3 too, and have used several clutch stops, with no ill effects from any of them. Wheels are 8x17 powder coated in satin black. Perfectly true, never bent, no dings, dents or curb rash. No center caps as I had to drill them out after using too much Loctite (this was before I learned about the heat treatment solution). The Yoks are good for about 2 - 4 track days. $800 and shipping. I'm located in the East Bay (Lafayette, CA) area. Email me privately for pix. Ed Rogers Ex 95 M3 ( I can't leave this board) 02 M3

You do have to have it depressed to a certain point though. I have the UUC-BBCS and it works great! I have it set just before engagement. Most people stall the car when they get in. re-99E36M3 -------------------- 10 -------------------- Date: Mon, 9 Dec 2002 23:24:51 -0500 From: "Joseph L Bachman III" <josephbachman@hotmail.com> Subject: '99 M3 clutch while starting I'm looking at putting a clutch stop on my '99 M3 and I had heard somewhere that I might have to have the clutch fully depressed to start the car. Date: Tue, 10 Dec 2002 04:41:47 -0800 (PST) From: DocWyte <josh_wyte@yahoo.com> Subject: Check engine lite and dealer recommendations... Well today while sitting at a stop lite on the way to work my check engine lite came on. Car is still running just peachy. Got to work no problem, popped the hood, nothing seems amiss. Is there a listing of all the codes on the web somewhere? Also, my car is under an extended warranty still, so I'd like to bring it into the dealer. I live on Cape Cod and the only BMW dealer down here is Trans-Atlantic. Any of you guys been there? They any good? I've been to the Gallery before in Norwood and been happy with their service, but that's an hours drive away... TIA! -josh ===== Josh Wyte Momentum Motorsports 508-833-3024 After 5 pm EST __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. Date: Tue, 10 Dec 2002 08:57:39 -0500 From: "Jim Musial" <jmusial.ee96@gtalumni.org> Subject: Rattle over bumps Getting a rattle from what seems to be the driver's rear on my '97 M3. It's only noticeable on bumps. I've examined the cat and muffler by banging it around with a wrench trying to find the culprit but can't seem to find it. I think I've hit every inch of my undercarriage trying to find this elusive rattle. Any other suggestions? TIA! ///jm '97 USM3C
