Hmm, then why does the idle hunt for a bit after I'm at a stop. It cycles at least 4 times, then stabilizes. I never noticed it with the stock chip, although I haven't reinstalled the stock chip to see if it really does it... -josh --- Mike McCune <mikem@suds.org> wrote: > Date: Thu, 20 Feb 2003 21:23:38 -0600 > From: "Mike McCune" <mikem@suds.org> > Subject: RE: [E36M3] Idle hunts when coming to a > stop... > > My 95 does the same thing. Date: Thu, 20 Feb 2003 23:30:37 -0500 From: Geof McLaughlin <gfmiiilist@attbi.com> Subject: Any difference between radiator brands? Is there any discernable difference (in quality) between the radiators made by L&R, Behr and Nissens? I want to purchase a spare radiator and obviously would like to keep down the cost. Bimmerparts has the one manufactured by L&R on "special" for $145.88. I believe the one stocked by BMW dealers is the Behr brand. Has anyone used the L&R radiator? opinions? Thanks. Geof

I was considering going to aftermarket this time, but am concerned about fit and compatibility with the existing drain tube, etc. What is the consensus about models and sources for a battery? Also, what should I expect to pay for aftermarket and for a factory battery from the dealer? Thanks in advance, Chris "Cod" Darling

Josh- If Your DME relacement was recent, it may be the adaption hasn't gotten back to where it was. Or, you're driving more vigorously. When I sharked my car, I noticed it was running rich and getting poor mileage for a couple of weeks untill it re-adapted to my driving style. #10. Any feedback on Bavarian Professionals in Berkeley, CA? - from Jay

Date: Fri, 21 Feb 2003 09:25:42 -0800 (PST) From: Jay <jlafoi49@yahoo.com> Subject: Any feedback on Bavarian Professionals in Berkeley, CA? Need a ton of work done on my '95 M3 Lux (110k miles), and I'm not much of a diy'er. Urgent needs are an Inspection and brakes, but I'm gonna need some new tires, fluid flushes, wheel bearings, belts...basically the wear and tear parts are worn and torn at this point! Thanks for the help in getting my M back into fighting shape (or daily driving shape, at least!). Advice on any other shop would also be appreciated. I work in Emeryville and live in the East Bay. Thanks! J __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! Tax Center - forms, calculators, tips, more http://taxes.yahoo.com/
