What's the lists wisdom regarding this new radiator? Also is this the only choice for an all aluminum radiator? I have been wanting to proactively replace my stock radiator(100K) after watching another M3 snap the neck on his car and just wash out at speed in June at which point he unbelievably spun across the infield between some rocks and a tree stopping just short of the other straight away on Jefferson. Cheers, Noah

I reinstalled the stock springs back on & it made a big difference, the car rides a LOT smoother now. It doesn't look quite as good as it did before (all mean & low) but the GF loves it. In fact, my car-savvy friends have commented on how smooth the ride is over the rough back country roads in my area. However, shox.com offered me two sets of H+R springs at the time of sale - one that lowered the car by a lot, and one that lowered by a little. I chose to lower it by a little, and with the pressurized Bilsteins, the car has remained just slightly below stock ride height. Perhaps that extra suspension travel I retained is the key. - Chris, very happy with his Bilstein-equipped ride

I have, however, talked to a BMW Tech friend of mine who gave me some interesting info that I thought I'd share as it may help someone else. Everyone has told me the intake manifold needs to come off the car to replace #2, and that it will take 10-12 hours. My tech. says that is not necessary. He says that at the dealership they would get the car up in the air, remove the starter, and then access the sensor from underneath. He says that doing it this way, it is a 2 hour job at most. This is the method that I will use (my with tech's help) and document for the group. More updates to come... Rob
