I don't know if this is the place you're thinking of, but I'm very hapy with the work he did on the injectors for my E36 325i race car. We sent the injectors in from the wife's race car around the 20th of December and had them back here around the 4th (didn't use fast shipping and the this includes the holidays). The place is run like a well oiled machine, communication is good, price is good, and work is good. Of course this was for 8 injectors, so it may be quicker for just 6. Tom, Certain 16" Wheels WILL clear, I bought a set direct from Ronal (16x7.5 - Ronal RT). There are other wheels out there, and I believe Tire Rack sells at least one style. The fit is extremely close on the RTs. At the time I did not have much choice, as I did not care for the non TUV rated wheels that Tire Rack was selling. Yes, the size you have listed is perfect 205/55 16. I am on the third year with a set of Hakka 1's (which has been replaced by the Hakka 2s as you listed). Not quite sure I'll get a fourth season, but we will see. The 2 is a combination of the old Hakka Qs and the 1s. I guess there is something like 20%-30% more grip than the old 1s on ice. -Justin -- '76 02 '97 m3 bmw cca checkout http://www.bmw2002.net

Rich at www.cruzinperformance.com Feel free I told him I sent you. They used to be $10 each. I think they may be just a bit more now (like $11). This is less than 1/2 the price of many places last I checked and they injectors come back like new. He details his entire process on the website. Stand up guy, I have sent a number of people his way and they all report back how pleased they were with the results. Regards, Rich

I've found one off a 92 325 and want to make sure they are the same. The side moulding is wider on M cars, but I believe the channel they mount in is the same. Also, what about side door beams? But I don't have the rubber boots that go on the "car side" plastic plugs. I have searched, but I can't find anything anywhere that tells me the part number for these. Anyone know what that is? Thank you, in advance for any and all help. -Geoff Atkinson _________________________________________________________________ Let the new MSN Premium Internet Software make the most of your high-speed experience. http://join.msn.com/?pgmarket=en-us&page=byoa/prem&ST=1

I am in Northern VA and would like to sell it to someone local. How does $275/obo sound? Noah Paci

#9. Re: Temperature gauge scenario - from Ron Buchalski

Date: Mon, 12 Jan 2004 12:52:10 -0500 From: "Ron Buchalski" <rbuchals@hotmail.com> Subject: Re: Temperature gauge scenario Chris, The temp gauge should stay at or very close to the center position under the conditions you describe. 30 degree temps for ten minutes isn't enough to cool the cooling system much, and it won't be noticeable. If you're seeing that the indicator is down near the blue region after ten minutes of shutdown time, it sounds like a coolant sensor problem. If your water pump was failing, the temp gauge would rise to the red zone very quickly, since the coolant can't circulate through the radiator and lose it's heat. If your thermostat was sticking in the open position the coolant temp would indicate a temp in the low range, but that's because the coolant is being cooled more than necessary by the radiator. Again, after ten minutes of time, the coolant sitting in the radiator wouldn't cool sufficiently to drop the temp indicator that much, and the immediate circulation of hot coolant from the engine block would move the indicator right back up to center position quickly. Check the wiring for your coolant sensor, and clean the connector with a spray contact cleaner. -rb Ron Buchalski BMWCCA #76387 1995 E36 M3 1993 E34 525iT 1999 Mazda Miata >Date: Fri, 9 Jan 2004 13:33:31 -0500 >From: "Newman, Christopher" <CNewman@LSAC.org> >Subject: Temperature gauge scenario > > >Hello, >Suppose it's 30 degrees F outside and you drive your M3 for about a half >hour at a moderate pace, >seemingly enough for the engine to warm up. #10. Oil leak from the drain plug - from Venkata Yella

Date: Mon, 12 Jan 2004 10:26:04 -0800 (PST) From: Venkata Yella <v_yella@yahoo.com> Subject: Oil leak from the drain plug SORRY IF YOU SEE THIS TWICE. MY BROWSER HAS BEEN ACTING WIERD. Folks, I just changed oil on my 99 M3. After the change I see oil leaking at the drain plug. After seeing the leak, I overtightened the plug to 35-40 foot pounds(initially I tightened it to 25-30 ft lbs). This has streched the washer so thin, I could see it expand and strech out. The oil leak is still there. I recentely changed the drain plug too. I was wondering if there is something wrong with the drail plug or the oil pan. How much does it usually cost to replace the oil pan? Your advise would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance -Yella 99 M3 55k miles __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
