Although car only has 50,000 miles, upcoming season includes installation of a twin-screw supercharger and 6,200 mile One Lap of America. Planning to replace radiator (either with the S54 unit or PWR/Zionsville), hoses, thermostat, etc. Should I replace the water pump at the same time? (BTW, no need to re-hash the whole impeller material issue.) Thanks. Neil Simon 99 M Coupe DC tags "MDORPHN"

I made a trip to HMS to try it out. It is quite comfortable, adjustable back, good lumbar support, provisions for shoulder and sub straps built in, fits much like a race seat and can be bolted in fixed or mounted on sliders. I am combining the seat with a roll bar and Schroth competition harnesses (2" lap and 3" shoulder) that are street legal (push button) release. They can be worn as a 4 or 5, 6 point because ASM is built in the shoulder strap. I was sick of sliding around on my street seat and have been evaluating a number of seats over the last year. HMS is getting a list together to order a bunch to save on shipping costs so if you are interested let them know. No affiliation, just seems to be as good a combination as I have found for duel purpose. They seemed to say, and I agree, it was going to be a good value and about the price of a quality track seat. The other brands of street/track seats I have sat in I didn't like at all. It isn't on their web site yet but I called and told them to expect some questions. Once again, no affiliation. I just wanted to improve the safety and seating security (to much sliding around) of my street/track car and was going to go with Cobra Imola 2 GTs until I sat in these. Others may think different, but for me it seems with the harnesses and roll bar added the safety is increased while still being comfortable to drive but I'll know more after the installation. Gordon
