I got 6 sets of 17x8 RKs that we will be using for that weekend and will be available as soon as our other race wheels come in. These are a great wheel, strong and light, and may come with partially used race tires also! 235/45-17 Toyos. I think 2-3 sets are spoken for so if you want a set, let me know and I will put you in line to contact as soon as they are available. This does not mean that you will get cheap wheels, only that you will be notified. James Clay http://www.bimmerworld.com Engineered BMW Performance 540.639.9648

Quiet enough, clean enough, nice bite and feel. When I first got them I found myself unconsciously driving faster and harder on the street, because my foot felt like it had track pads :-) -- Bob Sutterfield '9? I was able to purchase/find a factory decklid and spoiler from separate sources. The decklid does not have any holes in it. Does anyone have experience in installing a spoiler? Any tips, BTDT, etc.? My main concern is making sure that I measure correctly and only drill the holes once!! I have a splitter which I've yet to install without the rear wing. I'm having trouble located a rear wing which functions and fits the 4-door body. Now if disallowed I shouldn't bother... I'm concerned about only running a front splitter - uneven downforce resulting in a loose rear-end. -Steve -----Original Message----- From: Riley, Scott [mailto:sriley@cardinalcapital.com] Sent: Tuesday, March 02, 2004 6:15 PM To: sayer@ayersnet.com; E36M3 Subject: RE: [E36M3] Factory Spoiler Installation The LTW spoiler was explicitly DISallowed this year. TIA! Changes on my car result in ~7 quarts going in. I rely on the dipstick to tell me how much oil is in the motor, and set at the MAX mark. Effectively, barring the ability to the make adjustments elsewhere, the rules committee is forcing me to run with the splitter retracted. I had a chance to run the car with no wing at all and the car was very loose under braking. However, I have the luxury of DA shocks and was able to get some stability back after making adjustments to control my weight shift.
