The simplest way is to purchase 2 rears (17x8.5). Anyone out there have a set? David Flanary Markham Vineyards

They were ok. Now running Nokian Hakka NRW's on 17" wheels here in Colorado. Very nice setup, not very much squirm, but they grip well. When the snow gets deep here, I bring out the '90 Jeep Cherokee. Kinda hard to beat a truck with a transfer case and 4-lo. Plus if I run off the road in it, I don't care. -josh

I have a friend with a Subaru and looked at the remotes side by side. Date: Wed, 22 Dec 2004 20:51:24 EST From: Shelhart2@aol.com Subject: Re: [E36M3] Shock/Strut Replacement Tutorial/Tips? It depends what you're looking for. There was a post today with someone selling Single adjustable Konis in the housing, HR springs and camber plates for $400. Great price if they're not too old. Simple to install if you can just take out the old and install the new. Otherwise, taking the strut out of the housing takes a good vise and a torch or hack saw. The hack saw method is a PITA. You'll then need the proper size drill bit for the bottom of the housing to install the new strut insert. You'll want to make sure the hole is dead center or you can end up stripping the threads (ask me how I know :). This set up is good for street and, depending on the HR spring weight, shouldn't be more than 25% stiffer than stock. It is also a low cost set up for entry auto X. Shel Hart
