I run a 10mm spacer in the front and am rolled in the rear. Its a tight fit but it all fits. I would have got 9s but I got a good deal on these used. Doug

I used to run 255/40-17 Victoracers. If your rear fenders are rolled already, they should fit fine. They will clear the fender fine in front, but will need a spacer, probably at least 10mm. I run an H&R 15mm spacer, and they clear the strut fine, and the fender fine. There is slight rubbing on the inner rear body at about the 10:00 position. A few taps with a "BFH" will help that. ;-) Good luck, Chris ----- Original Message ----- > Date: Wed, 02 Feb 2005 16:19:55 -0800 > From: "twisty M3" <twistym3@hotmail.com> > Subject: Let's Talk Wheels! > > Okay, haven't seen any posts on wheels for a while, so I figure we're > about due. ;) > > I'm looking at getting a new (or new-to-me) set of track wheels, and would > like to go a bit wider than what I currently have. #4. Over Rev / Money Shift question - from Hunt Hodgetts

Date: Wed, 2 Feb 2005 19:45:06 -0800 (PST) From: Hunt Hodgetts <hhodgetts@yahoo.com> Subject: Over Rev / Money Shift question I recently purchased Josh's 95 supercharged M3 in Denver. The chip in the car right now has a rev limit of 7200 rpm. I have been reading a lot lately about bent valves associated with the money shift and was wondering at what RPM will the valves on an M3 motor get bent? I am aware that a missed shift will not be stopped by a rev limiter. But, How much extra risk is there having a 7200 rpm rev limiter vs 7000 or 6800? Hunt Hodgetts, Atlanta

If you money shift it doesn't really matter what rpm you're at, you're pretty much going to bend valves. You won't float a valve at 7200, the real worry with that chip will be whether or not the Air/Fuel ratio is correct for sea level as I'm pretty sure Karl tweaked it a bit for my altitude of 5000ft above sea level... -------------- Original message -------------- > Date: Wed, 2 Feb 2005 19:45:06 -0800 (PST) > From: Hunt Hodgetts > Subject: Over Rev / Money Shift question > > I recently purchased Josh's 95 supercharged M3 in > Denver.
