I'd prefer not to ship these, but if you (for some reason) *really* want them I'll ship. All of these were taken off a 98 M3. -- Front/Rear sway bars. Rears have links attached. 83k miles on them. $20 -- Set of (4) stock springs. 78k miles on them. Very well could be useless at that mileage, but I don't know. Free to anyone who's interested. -- 1 right rear lighting assembly. Bulbs all work, I swapped for clears awhile ago and this has been sitting around since. $5? Free? Beer? I dunno, whatever. - Som

Date: Sun, 06 Mar 2005 23:46:23 -0500 From: Mo Karamat <karamatm@optonline.net> Subject: How to mount a fire extinguisher w/o butchering the car? Dear All, Hello. The Porsche chapter that I am doing an upcoming event with requires an extinguisher in the car.. My e36 is still a street car, so any ideas on how to mount one that I can take off when I am not at the track? And mount it without brutalizing my car too much? Any thought or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks! Mo

It bolts to the two bolts on the front of the seat. When you don't want it, just unbolt it... -josh -------------- Original message -------------- > Date: Sun, 06 Mar 2005 23:46:23 -0500 > From: Mo Karamat > Subject: How to mount a fire extinguisher w/o butchering the car? > > Dear All, > > Hello. Date: Mon, 7 Mar 2005 08:35:42 -0500 From: Carlos.F.Lopez@jci.com Subject: Upgraded motor mounts Guys what's out there for upgrading the motor mounts in E36s? I have the UUC tranny mounts but at this point I just have stock (newish) motor mounts. I believe VAC sells solid mounts (aluminum?) but I'm not quite ready for that just yet. He's concerned about the extra heat they emit discoloring the clear lens over time. He claims to have experience with this happening. One person with the bulbs told me they did notice a significant increase in temperature coming thru the lens (by touch). What do you think about this? -- Bob Gill 97 ///M3 coupe Philly Region SCCA

I may try the Ireland mounts one day. #10. Payet Motorsport - from Daniel Lowe

Date: Mon, 7 Mar 2005 12:47:03 -0500 From: Daniel Lowe <blackjackbimmer@gmail.com> Subject: Payet Motorsport I just wanted to give a quick thanks to Bernardo Payet, owner of Payet Motorsports, for the great job he did on my car. Just picked it up Saturday in Atlanta. He swapped out my "money shift" motor for a slightly upgraded newer engine. He and I also got to do front and rear pads and front rotors Saturday evening since my regular mechanic didn't feel it necessary to do prior to Bernardo picking the car up on Tuesday. I would highly recommend Bernardo to those in and around Atlanta and even to those not so close to Atlanta. Help Bernardo pay for his racing habit. Regards, Dan
