Hmmm, I thought we covered it (maybe with a different subject line?). Two places, it appears: TC Kline and Ground Control. These are the externally adjustable SA rears. Jim Bassett

I've got a major itch to get back to recreational riding and don't think it will pass. Does anyone have any experience in owning one? I had a few bikes 10 years ago but have never owned a BMW motorcycle. It appears to be an excellent benchmark for a sport/touring bike and seems to have excellent safety features. Any input would be appreciated. Shel Hart 1998 M3 2002 996

And once you start, it never ends...gotta have more grip, gotta have more horsepower, gotta have more light at night, gotta have more ....more...more. But I wouldn't change a thing...I have enjoyed every mod I ever added to the car. I don't even want to think about how much I've spent ;-)) Also try Bimmerparts, tell them Bob Gill sent you...that might get you an extra buck off. cheers, Bob Gill 97 ///M3 coupe Philly Region SCCA 2nd Place BSP - PA State Championship 2004

#9. air temp sensor? - from Theodore Serbinski

Date: Sat, 26 Mar 2005 20:31:50 -0500 From: Theodore Serbinski <stanson@gmail.com> Subject: air temp sensor? Hey guys, just installed the AFE Intake (awesome group buy going on at BFC: http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=291773) and wow car sounds sick at WOT!! :-D Anywho, I noticed when I was taking out my airbox and installing the intake that I did not have an air temperature sensor at all. Do I need one of these? Any possible idea why it *wouldn't* be there if so? What does it do exactly? Should I buy one? I haven't gotten any CE lights nor have noticed any performance problems with the car since I bought it in Oct. Thanks, ted

Date: Mon, 28 Mar 2005 10:31:37 -0500 From: "geoff atkinson" <pskalc@hotmail.com> Subject: RE: Airbag passenger seat pad sensor Hi everyone, Along these lines... I've finally grown sick and tired of the airbag light staying on for 2 minutes after I start the car. I have aftermarket seats in my car, so the seatbelt buckle has been removed, as well as the "occupancy sensor" and the seat heater element. Anyway, I was wondering if there is a "bypass" for this. I have done the bypass for the removal of the airbag in the steering wheel (resistor, etc), but was wondering if there is something similar for the seat removal. Any ideas?
