The oils specs are right on par with redline's. I use it in my 95 and have had no issues, I do change it out at 5k or less depending on track events. Its the only oil they offer that meets BMW's longlife specs as well. I also asked about the temps for the 10w30 which they said they did not work for Marylands hotter days. I am thinking about the Redline Synth 10w40 for my 95 street driven M3. Any thoughts? -Keith. ----------------------------------------- CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE This e-mail message and any attachments are only for the use of the intended recipient and may contain information that is privileged, confidential or exempt from disclosure under applicable law. At least for my 97, it recommended Mobil1 0W40. Not sure why they would tell you something different over the phone??? Bob Gill 97 ///M3 coupe Philly Region SCCA #13 BSP

I've been using it ever since this viscosity has been available, changing every 5K. I used to use 5W30 in the winter and 15W50 in the summer, or a mix of the two. My engine rattles a bit when cold (alot in the winter) and the 0W40 seems to improve this situation. Kevin McLeaster '95 M3 102,000 mi. #6. cracked foglight, any recommendations for better ones? - from Theodore Serbinski

Date: Wed, 24 Aug 2005 09:50:44 -0400 From: Theodore Serbinski <stanson@gmail.com> Subject: cracked foglight, any recommendations for better ones? Hey guys, cracked a foglight this morning on the way to work and wondering if anyone had any recommendations for cheap OEM replacement ones (e.g., where to buy) or recommendations for better foglights to buy. I see that Umnitza has some foglight protectors that I'd likely buy to hopefully prevent future cracking. Thanks! ted

E36 fog lights don't really add anything to the lighting the road ahead anyway.
