One time in a horrific rain, I forgot I had a CAI (had just purchased the car) and went over a puddle, and the resulting splash probably got a little high, Sputtered the engine, engine ran rough, got a CEL for misfire, and a little while later it was fine and a lesson was learned. But they didn't let me know when an item was out of stock and eventually took a month to fill that order. They also shipped me the wrong fuel filter (yes I gave them the correct vehicle info) and they got nerves to charge me shipping for the correct one. I wrote an email to the manager to protest a week ago and haven't heard back. Bad experience.
