Folks have voiced a desire for both short and long sleeve shirts, so both will be available. Also, both a visor and/or hat can be ordered. (Being my first group buy, any suggestions on organization would be appreciated!) Otherwise, my thought is to take orders for 2-3 weeks. At that end of that time, my wife will order the appropriate number of shirts, hats, and visors and then begin producing the items. The first items will be ready within a few days time and I will begin shipping them out. The shirts will be black in color. The hats and visors will be the low-crown, unstructured type, and black in color as well. Here are photos of the samples. List shirt: http://img66.imageshack.us/img66/4319/m3listshirtlarge0sv.jpg List hat/visor: http://img110.imageshack.us/img110/7108/m3listvisorlarge4ng.jpg Here is a link to the shirt she will use (long sleeve is the same other than sleeve length): http://www.chestnuthillapparel.com/knits_pique_polo.html The cost of each item is (not including shipping): Short sleeve polo - $27 Long sleeve polo - $32 Hat - $14 Visor - $13 I checked with the post office and the best shipping method seems to be Priority Mail, which is ~$4 per shipment. If you order multiple items, I think I can fit them into one package, thereby saving some shipping cost for you. I'll provide the handling for free! ;) Please make checks out to me (Tucker Ryals) and send them to: 9835 SW 37th Road Gainesville, FL 32608 If you have any questions, please let me know. I would be fine with black, but as other's have said, they already have one from the last run of shirts. Thank you, Tucker (and your wife), for doing this. It is a great community service!
