I tossed two of them on Saturday that had 1/2->2/3 tread left when I put 245/40-17 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s on are four corners. Just got fed up with the SO3s and wasn't about to rotate these to the rear and buy yet two more SO3s for the front... The car with Michelins, and I like to much better on the PS2s than I ever did on new SO3s... Last I checked, Tire Rck was blowing them out for ~$125/each (they've been discontinued) Dave On 8/22/06, Glenn Halperin <hhhalperin@comcast.net> wrote: > Date: Tue, 22 Aug 2006 21:30:01 -0700 > From: "Glenn Halperin" <hhhalperin@comcast.net> > Subject: WTB- (2) 245/40r17 SO3 > > I'm looking for 2 245/40r17 SO3. #9. common reverse light failure point? - from Dave Thomas
Top
Date: Thu, 24 Aug 2006 20:43:38 -0700 From: Dave Thomas <dave@sasdatalink.com> Subject: common reverse light failure point? Hey all, Getting ready to take off on a long road trip in the AM and just noticed that my reverse lights are not working. A quick inspection shows no obvious failures...switch seems OK...bulbs are good. Is there a common failure point for the reverse light wiring? Thanks for any assistance. I cant stand it when people don't have all their lights in good working order and would rather not take off on our trip with no reverse lights...they do come in handy. Dave
