My first question would be why? It's straight forward if you don't mind removing trim panels on the b-pillars to gain access to the belt retractors. If you're a decent wrencher then yeah it's not bad. If you're a clutz and break plastic clips easily then you'll end up with broken plastic parts or having to buy new ones to get rid of the newly created interior rattles. I take it the cars sit in the sun all the time and or have been in accidents so the belts have stretched and therefore require replacement. -Carlos 98 M3 with half of the interior missing :-)
