I'd never have thought of that, I've always assumed that even if a battery is completely dead that once you have the car running that the alternator would put out enough juice to run the car and bring up the battery, unless it had a bad cell, shorted plates, or a sulfer bridge between two plates - from what I knew, as long as the battery is good, it should come up. I guess that isn't the case, or at least that's what I'm being told and it is consistent with the behavior I'm seeing. When the alternator dies I'm certainly going to go for the higher capacity model to replace it. I brought the battery in to be checked, they verified it was good, but completely discharged, and charged it for me. I checked voltages once I had it home and in place and everything is what it should be. Thanks for your help! Barrett

Yep, well aware that it might not be the radio harness. But that's the only thing I changed, the hot/cold dial has been on the "hot" side for a couple of months now :-) Thanks, Jim Bassett

I can't for the life of me figure out why you'd want to do this? What is everyone going to bring lawn chairs and watch a movie? I'd think the bass from the subs would crack it in no time. That's nothing on some pimp my ride type show i saw one time. They put LCD's in the front bumper cover. I just couldn't help but to think WTF. Thanks, Mark

Only the Group 92 size is listed on the charts I found on The Google :-) Group 92: 12-1/2" x 6-7/8" x 6-7/8" Jim Bassett - everything I know, I learned on The Google :-)

And for all practical purposes, there are no Group 91, 92, nor 93. You will find Group 48 (91) and Group 49 (93). Group 48 is the same dimensions as 91 and Group 49 is the same as 93. The only difference is the location of the vent. Group 91, 92, & 93 have it on the side whereas Group 48 and 49 has it on the front. No big difference. You just add a small section of tubing to extend it around the battery. Group 48 will fit easily. You use the innermost hold downs. Group 49 is longer and uses the outermost hold downs. It too will fit but it will be an extremely tight fit. It may take two of you to wrestle it in. One to pull the battery cables out of the way and one to lift the battery. What I do not know is the length added by using the second battery hold-down point and if the 94 fits. I have also read that some use the Group 49D(L) is place of the 94R in certain applications...
