Well, it's been a while, but "back in the day" :-) I used the PF-90, then PF-97 on the M3 and had no problems with them at all. The were strictly used as a track pad, but I would on occasion keep them on the car for a week or two if I had another upcoming event. OK on the street, just noisy, and not-so-great when cold. My 2 cents, Jim Bassett

Maybe it's just a generic label for bank two? Or, perhaps you are looking at the wrong chart? :-) "FE" is "Evap large leak detected" - mostly happened right after you put gas in the car, is my guess. In other words, go tighten the gas cap and reset the light. :-) Jim Bassett

'FE' on Table 11 is "EVAP large leak detected" - again generally, gas cap not sealing or not on correctly. The gasket can be replaced separately. See realoem.com. ______________________________________ Date: Fri, 9 Mar 2007 07:03:09 -0800 From: "Gus Iverson" <gus.iverson@gmail.com> Subject: Help with fault code interpretation, please CEL came on steady yesterday and I just read the code. I'd appreciate some help understanding what it means and ultimately, some idea of how much of a problem I have on my hands. What came up on the Peake tool was page 16 code FE. What I see in the manual is "Intake camshaft VANOS sealing, Cyl #5-8", which I'm just realizing is kind of odd as I've got a 6 cylinder car... Maybe it's just a generic label for bank two? Any help appreciated... Thanks Gus

I'll check the gas cap tonight. I stole my GF's 325ix for today. Would this cause the low idle condition?
