Putting on new rotors for the season and I can find no torque info online. Thanks- Jeff Bjerke 98 M3 Coupe

Seriously, though, I put the probe in hot water and observed noticeable resistance; nothing in ice cold water. Shouldn't there be some resistance at room temperature? Nadda. Thanks Skip. That was really interesting information. Although personally I'm disappointed the subject line wasn't "Get a Clue Report," but hey, that's just me. Nice Cayman S - what's not to like? I've developed a theory that every M car driver secretly wants to own a P-car at some point. Haven't got there myself. I owned three Porsches before I bought my first BMW, and haven't really been tempted by anything they currently make (and is in my price range). Regards Jamie 06 M Roadster 04 645Ci 95 M3

#8. Car Covers - from Bill Sharp

Date: Thu, 5 Apr 2007 16:02:40 -0500 From: Bill Sharp <M3@cueframe.us> Subject: Car Covers I'd appreciate a recommendation. I've got to replace my Bunge, bottom of the line, car cover. It's lasted outside the equivalent of about 3 years. I'm looking for the least expensive, lightest weight, lastest longest. For perspective, I'd rather not have the specific spots for the mirrors but rather more of a loose custom model fit in that area, yet with long enough skirts to get to mid wheel all around and under the bumpers by a bunch. Temperature extremes are probably 28 - 130. What have you had good luck with? Thanks, Bill Ft. Worth

It's probably not the cheapest out there, but it's small (~2 six-packs when stowed), light, and high-quality. It does have mirror pockets...not sure if that + cost eliminates it from your consideration. KC Boyce '97 M3/4
