I'm going to try the beddng procedure tonight when I can find a clear road. Thanks, everyone On 4/24/07, Jay Hudson <jwhud@budget.net> wrote: > I've been doing it for years. Full-on machining isn't recommended, but a light resurface works fine. Neil Fort Wayne, IN 96 M3 - Bastard child 03 525iT - Sterling Grey Metallic 05 Mini - Cooper S with LSD

Date: Thu, 26 Apr 2007 21:28:57 -0600 From: Peter Fry <PeterFry@aol.com> Subject: Fit 4 wheels & tires in trunk/back? Fellow M3ers- Thanks for the brake pad recommendations... I'm going with Akebono ceramics, and putting them on this weekend along with new rotors. So... I'm wanting to bring summer tires to the brake tech session to swap from the snow tires and hope to sell the snows. You track junkies- able to carry a complete set in the trunk with the back seats folded down? I was thinking I could pull the spare and then only have to carry 3 in the back. I'll try loading them tomorrow night, but thought I'd troll for corporate knowledge so I don't re-invent the wheel. Techniques welcome... Thanks, ___ Peter Fry

#10. Experience with Advan Neovas? - from Kurt Hoofnagle
Top
Date: Fri, 27 Apr 2007 07:51:10 -0700 (PDT) From: Kurt Hoofnagle <kurthoofnagle@yahoo.com> Subject: Experience with Advan Neovas? It's time for new shoes and I am considering the Yoko Advan Neovas. I am intrigued by the glowing review in Roundel last year. I am interested in feedback, particularly among those who have driven them for more than 10,000 or even 15,000 miles. My question for those who have driven them for those mileage relates to noise over time. I had a set of Yoko ES100s that became unbearably noisy around 12,000 miles. My likely alternative is the PS2s, which I have had good luck with on my daily driver 330i. Any direct comparison feedback would be excellent. Thanks in advance. Kurt
