When connecting everything up, my fuel gauge does not work and my odometer does not illuminate. Suggestions? Thanks, Steve

Now the SRS warning light illuminates for 2 minutes after I start the car. I've seen the threads that it requires a reset tool. Is that the only solution? I ony changed the cluster bulbs - no fiddling with passenger seat sensors, etc. Thanks, Steve On 11/13/07, steve crowl <stcrowl@gmail.com> wrote: > > Hi all. Lots of people here have the tool... FWIW: On our '95 I was getting the seat sensor error about once a month. Simply unplugging the harness under the pass seat and cleaning the contacts stopped me from getting the code. Most folks wont get that lucky, but its worth checking. Dave

Will the tool clear that code? AFAIK the SRS reset tool can clear and read all of the SRS related lights and codes but it wont keep a code from reoccurring if the problem persists. Dave

I'll pay shipping plus a little something as well as a deposit for the full price of the tool. I'll need it until I can figure out and fix the issue though :-P So a week or two. I need it for a 96 if that matters. Thanks, Mark
