I had them when I had the GC Hybrid mounts, I had to heavily modify them to allow for the plates to be adjustable. With my TCKline plates, I simply eliminated them as I couldn't see how they would benefit. Regards, Rich

They look and feel great. I've got the mounting brackets installed and tested the drivers seat. Great fit and they feel great (5 foot 8 and 170 lbs). I'd imagine a waist larger than 36 might present a problem with these... Question: I took off the old female seat belt receptacles from the old seats and they have the cable still attached. Where might I find just a simple female receptacle without the factory assembly? By the way, the old power vaders weigh a ton compared to these... Over many years my suspension has evolved to satisfy my increasing need for cornering speed and extreme car control.? I might add I'm a Koni fan, but I must also say I have never tried the Bilsteins.? Like you I wanted the best of both worlds --? comfortable daily driver / competitive car for racing.? Alas, the two sides never?coexist.? The?more fun you have on the?track, the faster you get, the more you will need to change suspension components -- some call it the slippery slope.? Indeed!? I started with Koni SA in front, DA in the rear, Eibach sway bars too, don't forget the x-brace and all the aftermarket mounts and supports.? Keep the OEM springs.? I'd call this level one -- you will for sure notice the improved handling and the daily ride is excellent.? Uh, but now you have only started to unleash the beast.? The track becomes your best friend and you need more speed.? Besides the intake, cams, etc, that you might?opt fo r, let's just keep this discussion focused on the suspension.? So now, we need those camber plates (wow - this is a big bang for the buck, IMHO).? Once I installed these I felt invincible!? Well that feeling doesn't last long, I wanted more and more turn in power!? Springs -- I needed?stiffer springs!? At this point I installed Eibach Pro-Kit springs -- don't waste your money.? All that happens is a significant deterioration in daily driving with no extra benefit on the track!? You could certainly stop here and I think the car would be at a good compromise position as long as you can live with the compromise. For myself, I have moved to TC Kline front coilovers with VVS custom springs front and using Eibach springs in the rear.? RE poly bushings just about everywhere.? The daily drive is somewhat kidney busting but I'm getting accustom to it -- watch out for that pothole!!? In?two more months the r-compounds go on and we'll see just where I am on the smile-o-meter! ? I am planning to keep the original M3 springs.?? I know that both shock setups are good, but I also want the car to be as comfortable as possible for street use.?? Any thoughts on the differences between these two shocks???? Also, am I missing something by not replacing the springs as well??? I would think that the M3 springs are pretty good and other than lowering the car, there would not be a great advantage to switching them.
