Ed, I have a very good set of narrows. Only thing left to do is remove the remaining last bits of brake dust off of them. Minor mounting scratches, no real curb rash. I'll make you a smoking deal. I can send you pics later. Carlos.

Exactly what went through my mind while the commentators were talking about how the Melbourne track people really need to get rid of that bump/launch ramp. (Mid Ohio fixed theirs.) Ummm, I flashed back to me going off the end of the essess at Buttonwillow at 100+mph. =8^O Flight of the Ignorant! Total cost: one bent wheel, one trashed underpanel, one pair of briefs uncleanable, one ego trashed (happens repeatedly). But yeah, I did have a flashback... Date: Mon, 17 Mar 2008 15:40:44 -0400 From: Matt Bader <mbader@exammaster.com> Subject: Re: [E36M3] HP calculation This month's Road and Track did a dyno comparison of three modified mustangs. They based their analysis on a 15% drive train loss estimate. Aftermarket product websites, trying to boost claimed hp numbers for their products will use 20% or more. For my purposes, I use 17% drive train loss when calculating my own car's dyno results thinking that this is probably somewhere in the ballpark. My last dyno was 329 whp but before I did the m50 manifold conversion, BMW motorsport headers and Corsa exhaust. I estimate its probably at about 370 whp now. It is very strong and a blast to drive. #10. Dunlop Direzza DZ101 - feedback - from Mdriver13@aol.com

Date: Thu, 20 Mar 2008 21:23:10 EDT From: Mdriver13@aol.com Subject: Dunlop Direzza DZ101 - feedback Group, I don't want to start another tire war, but I'm looking for low cost, decent street tires (I do my racing on the weekends and not on street tires). Thinking about the Dunlop Direzza DZ101's. Anyone on the list have these or tried these? Did you like them, hate them? Right now the price from TireRack looks pretty good and there is a $50.00 rebate to boot.
