(??) I bought a tool from them last summer. From what I can tell they shut down in early August 2007. No idea why they went out of business. I believe there are small tabs or flanges that the BMW tool interlocks with to prevent side fumbling of the ambiphasiant lunar wane shaft on the retroincabulator... (sorry, had to) For removal of the old, I had the best luck using a large drill bit that fits between the outer sleeve and the inner, to remove a sizable chunk of the rubber. I then used the corner of a flat bladed screwdriver on the outer sleeve to 'crimp' it upwards into the void just created. This seems to be enough to squeeze in the sleeve diameter so that it knocks out very easily. I didn't trust myself with a sawzall or hack saw blade to split the sleeve without scoring the trailing arm. Yep, they vanished quietly some time last year. > Does anyone have any other source for a Koni adjustment tool that is a slim- > fit in order to get to the knob on cars that run a lot of caster, thereby > making the plastic tool useless? Easy: take an old screwdriver with a reasonably sized shank, cut the bit end off, then cut a slot in the end. You're done. If you have a Dremel or an air cutoff tool it'll take about 5 minutes. Thats the way to do it...a few sections of threaded rod, some thick washers, etc. What I do is drill out a few holes in the bushing with a big (like 1/2") then you can just crush the aluminum housing of the RTAB with application of BFH and a punch, then they come right out.
